Seller (or Zillow,etc.) would report the full contract press but later agree to amend (reduce) that contract.

It’s usually either first months rent or half of, so if you plan for annual turnover that’s either 4.2 or 8.4% per month to account for For financing, even if they do seller financing you’ll be hard pressed to find someone who is comfortable with receiving nothing up front.

Hi Thomas,Your chances of collecting from this downward spiral life person seems very remote.Unless the prison system allows you to lean his 2 cents a day wages for pressing licence plates.Just my 2 cents.
