Closing was supposed to be March 4th, seller escrow came up with another excused and said that closing would take place today FOR SURE (Monday - March 9), if I signed my part and wired my funds by noon last Friday (03/06).

I plan on visiting the site this Friday. 

We closed on our first flip Friday February 28th.

I've sold some flips, house hacks, buy and holds, and closed a BRRRR today starting work Friday.

I have a house that the mainline gets clogged occasionally (it has been scoped, there is nothing wrong with it) but it always seems to be at noon Friday and then by the time you get a call its 6pm, and you're stuck with after-hour rates all weekend, etc.
