Getting ready to dive in to fix and flipping in riverside ca.... is anyone else out here or nearby doing this that's willing to share previous experiences??

Here is our last flip that we sold for $555k - this is consistent with the finish out we are seeing:426 Brook Glen  

I don't know your home market very well, but I do know LA, kinda, and I'd compare this area to Riverside, or one of the outlying markets between the 405 and the 605.  

I am interested in flipping in Riverside.

I'm looking for flips in Southern California area, mainly San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire (Riverside, Temecula, Murrieta, etc.).  

im in the riverside area planning on doing some flips in the very near future, just wondering if there is anyone out here in my area doing this that can share some advise and past experiences???

River cities are hot right now with Newport, Bellevue, and parts of Covington riverside.

Riverside plumbing has always been great to our company.
