Laura & James,

We are looking to purchase our first home but we want that first home to be an investment property. We found biggerpockets podcast while driving to North Carolina for Thanksgiving an joined the site as soon as we got home. We are looking into getting a two or three family home to live in and rent out in Northern Kentucky. We have taken the first step in that process by going with Keller Williams Realty recommend by a friend. We have 10 months left on our current lease so we still have some time to do our homework. We're still working our way through the podcast we're on episode 100. We are looking forward to networking and learning as much as we can through this site.
