Rentals are year-round and just consider the millions of people who visit Orlando every year to go to Disney, spring training, conventions, Universal, sporting events...

I a live in Kansas city, MIssouri, and I am trying to set up deals near UMKC and Rockhurst university, some of those houses sell for less than  50K and rent out as much at $800 or more. only in one deal now but looking at second and third, Would love to join the KC meet ups and also learn from other people.

The principles are universal, inventory is local and networking.
