We are not interested in buying mobile homes unless we are buying a park and a few mobiles come with it.

I have an accepted Letter of Intent to purchase a mobile home park in Florida and need to draft a purchase and sale. 

Second , prepare to open your wallet , its spring and the home improvement market is hot , Everybody wants work done , and contractors are Busy in Maryland .

Personally, I went from single-family homes to mobile home investing.

What are the pros and cons for Mobil Homes for rentals?
