Have you considered joining a mastermind group?

Ideas - this can be a mastermind, a partnership, a mentorship, education, creative solutions, problem solving, a new business venture, a blog, a podcast or a book. 

I am part of a veteran and military mastermind group called the War Room, if you are interested? 

Later down the road when you feel like you're doing well, some coaching/masterminding could be beneficial.

Mentorships and Masterminds normally cost money to join or help you out.

My question is when you find a good CPA and you want to keep on your master mind team and have them work hard on your portfolio and let’s say their office charges x dollars is it common practice to give them a generous tip or am I crazy for thinking about taking that approach ?

Tough to begin though...Justin,Sorry to give you some tough love here, but if you have been researching and "thinking" about getting into real estate for a couple years, you don't need a meetup or a mastermind or more material to consume.

I would also consider joining a mastermind group. 

I would join a mastermind group and connect with other investors and see what strategies they are using.
