Hey everyone. My wife and I just closed on our first investment house last month. It’s a short term rental in the upper peninsula of mi. We live in northern il. I want to get into a multi next. Problem is we bought it turnkey so paid too price. I’m not mad about that but I have nothing to pull out to go onto the next one. My question is. What would be best for my next move I’d like to get to the next one sooner than later. Was thinking this would be the best place to find help and guidance

Thanks guys

Derric.
