I incorporated in June 2019 and have grown exponentially.Between these two additional streams of revenue, I've made an income equal to an additional w2 job.We've acquired 12 units, solidified lines of credit, built relationships with lenders and are 100% certain if I leave my w2 it will not hinder our ability to acquire more properties (any more than running out of capital will)My construction business is now taking my full attention away from my 9-5 job.

Of course that can be offset to some extent by incorporating working capital into your loan request but it isn't likely that a bank will fully cover your shortfalls especially if ramp up is slowly than projected.

The CRA will extend a credit to you for the income tax paid in the U.S.A. and you will pay the delta between that amount and your marginal tax rate here in Canada.Things are a little different if your U.S.A. property is held within a U.S.A. incorporated entity (other then LLC, which the CRA does not recognize as a general rule) and things are slightly different again if that entity is a child of a Canadian corporation.Best advise I can give is to get a coffee and visit your accountant.

They have also incorporated a lot of commercial features like rent per sqft, when you got to pay bills instead of having to go to print checks, at the top of the bill you can pay it right from the bill.
