I'll be attending the BREIA event this evening at the Fishing Hall of Fame.

Hi guys,I'm fishing for some advice on investing in Georgia.

Besides hunching over spreadsheets and financial calculators i enjoy fishing, driving, snowboarding and surfing!

I politely explained that other salesmen spend their free time golfing, fishing, spending time with kids/family, while I spend mine investing in real estate.

If you dont plan to own more here and have an equipped team and now just fishing for one... 

Option 1: Start with a brokerage that may give you leads but take more of a % from you because they do provide you with the leads or; Option 2: Start with a brokerage who will give you the education and training to teach you how to do the work yourself.Me personally, I decided with the brokerage who will teach me how to fish that way I wont need you to feed me and I can go out into the world fully equip to gather my own fish. 

So you have no idea really what is important.If you're fishing, you need to know if you need a little hook for trout, bigger for bass, or big hook for sharks.

And even if this person did act illegally to the "letter of the law," it may not even be in these organizations interests to pursue something...especially if he's not a "big fish" where he would be seen as an example.  

I'd like to ask Tom Fish how he'd go about handling someone that hasn't paid on their land contract in roughly 4 months and will not return calls to the owner for payment?

there's a decent fishing community in that area so that is who I would market too for seasonal rentals.Good luck on your search..
