FYI: Its not a deal because the builder want to close the loan before delivery of the house, meaning - you as an investor need to pay interest even before construction begins!

I do not control the manufacture, delivery, or installation so you'll have to wait until the contractor can get it done.

Check the water delivery system. 

It has now been nearly 6 months and while the exchange was approved, they keep telling us a delivery date that passes and then they don't have an update on the unit so are now getting a refund (6 months, when the previously told us the exchange would be about 2 weeks so we didn't ask for a refund then!).

You can rent trucks from Home depot for like $20 for a little over an hour if you are just doing a simple material delivery.
