You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

If you post what items you have running on electric (dishwashers, water heaters, stoves, etc.)

New flooring with warranty and robust sound barrier underlayment, beautiful new granite countertops, updated stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and new dishwasher), in unit laundry, outdoor maintenance, snow removal, and garbage included.

Incidentally, Home Depot has never ever had stoves, refrigerators or dishwashers in stock when I needed them.Last year, when  nobody had appliances in stock, I found a company called WDC on the phone.

Can a dishwasher handle pumping that much/far? 

Need to install the new faucet, reconnct the garbage disposal, dishwasher drainage, and the two water supply lines to the faucet.

This is why I prefer only supplying ranges and dishwashers in my rentals.
