I am an experienced Property Management professional with 16 years in the industry. I held positions as a Community Manager & Apartment Manager, with a diverse range of properties. My unique customer service skills and problem solving abilities make me stand out from others and increase resident retention. I am a Strong leader and mentor to the team and motivate others by recognition and organizing the team to achieve common goals. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty by working side by side with my team. I love challenges and opportunities to improve results.

I have success turning around a struggling property, successful in increasing occupancy, increasing rents year over year, decreasing delinquency and decreasing resident turnover. The results are increased NOI year over year.
My success has been a direct result of my dedication and passion for what I do and who I work with doing it!
