im still buying but Im using a little heavier down payments in order to keep loan payments down a bit, and being SUPER cautious one of the reasons I think its going so strong is the pot laws.

I also saw on Facebook that their son was into pot and they owned a dog that they didn't disclose on the application.I denied them quickly and they tried to lie their way out of it.

There could be plenty of pricing models1) Like Diet.com people would put money in a pot and the one that doesn't prospect loosing out2) Charge like Coach.me, $15 a week3) stickk.com is another similar site with models where people donate money to charity or loose money to an anti-charity if the tasks are not done.Thoughts?

In doing this I earned about $150K in equity from the get go, and I'd like to use the house to build further equity as the area cooks and then 1031 exchange in 2-5 years and buy something larger.

I know this because I was screening people recently and came across someone who had a conviction on their record, I think it was in McHenry county so I would think such a thing would exist in Cook as wel.
