I have a 7br house in champions gate.

In Texas if you have access to one Champions is well know and well respected. 

I have two classes left to complete the champions school of real estate.

It was a sad to hear the minor league ended up passing on them a couple years ago - could have been even better.

My city requires the ADU to look similar in style to the main home and I'm not sure how strict they are on this.I saw that Champion Home Builders operates in LA and they have a lot of pre-fab options.

if she has a legit listing agreement the seller can sell but they will still owe the realtor her/him full commission and whose to say they did no perform.. you should have called the agent and made your offer.. then the agent is performing not trying to go behind their back and cut them out.. thats bush league frankly.
