Short Term Rental in Kissimmee/ Disney Area

Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a short term rental property in the Kissimmee/ Disney area. I wanted to see with those of you who are investing here how things have been with everything going on. Should I wait to buy? Are properties getting rented? Anything I should be aware of?

Any tips, suggestions or advice is much appreciated.

Thanks!

@Kellvin Millard

What kind of set up are you looking for. I have a 7br house in champions gate. It’s all about how well things are themed. if you home is not well themed you will get very little renters. I have been doing ok on my house but not near as good as I normally would. But still making some profit. I think it’s a good market to start looking to buy though lots of inventory options. My number is in my profile if you want to give me a call to answer any questions.
