Also try to make an effort to watch the Webinars on Wednesday evenings; the benefit for me of the webinars has been the ability to see the visuals provided, like the math tools behind analyzing a deal.

I did this on a previous BRRR that required a lot more work and yes, it was hard to get people to visualize.

I would suggest taking time/dated stamped photos (time stamp is an app you can find for your phone if you do not have one) of the work that has been completed and create a visual time line of work performed.
