That's Title Boo Boo!

You have the property locked-up on paper. Your communicating with all parties involved, until the closing date. BOOM!!!! last minute lien appears with four days before the finish-line. Seller has no idea where that came from, becomes shaky and wants to renege. Now you tackle the phone and your attorney. How can we fix what's broken, attorney says," schedule a court date and discuss the matter in front of a  judge, if they will here it". Did you contact the guy who initially placed the mechanic lien on the property, "yes" and he wants to get paid. He actually didn't remember until I called him. Overall, long story short, potential thousands amount to the sum of hundreds. Lol!

That's title Boo Boo!

I haven't actually experienced that, however, I was just visualizing possibly having some kind of similar challenges!

Any investor(s) openly willing to layout some title drama?
