I have tested lots of scenarios with calculators and understand where it thrives and where it sinks.I am in a small mountain college town (one block from University and 2 blocks from hospital).

You want a service provider with a substantial base of thriving investor clients, and with some who are far ahead of where you currently are.

Becoming a Landlord is easier by  building relationships with Tenants, Neighbors, Contractors Etc.Protect your Investment by remediating the Mold asap.Learn not to share information about your plans with people who don't need to know.Build Bridges with your neighbor as a good relationship can mean have an extra set of eyes on your property.Your first reaction is probably WTF is this guy talking about.It's about helping you avoid become a successful Multi Property Landlord, unless you are one of those people who thrive on prplems, then ignore my post.

For instance in the Tampa area where I live, a city such as Lakeland, situated conveniently between the booming Tampa and Orlando markets may thrive with an influx of commuters from both the east and west.Then again, maybe I'm just out here selling snake oil.

I'm thriving big time now, with my girlfriend.

If you're interested in fixing and flipping, it might all be worth it....but maybe not.Downtown Goldsboro -- despite its big renovation of Center Street and attempt to create a thriving downtown area -- isn't really appealing to a lot of people who didn't grow up in the immediate area.

Plenty of businesses thrive on the student population.
