But maybe their connections get too many JOBs, they don't cares about their clients.4.FlipSystem is basically MLM company, they use Fake exaggerated advertisement to lure new customers in, asking new customer to sign disclosure with them so they don't have any liabilities to their advertisement, then what they providing is their connections from Agent to Contractor and they charge you more on these things!

I put in really high end materials on this one, brought in subs to check every single corner of the house and overall did a really good rehab (At least this was the feedback everyone left).

Also, in general, would an appraiser likely aim to provide favorable results to keep you as a repeat customer?

I've spoken with a few lenders who are amicable to sub 100k loans, but the lender/broker fees total about 8% of the entire loan amount. 

Hey all, I was wondering if any of you guys in here are currently or have recently done any sub to / seller financing deals.

Most notable cost basis, debt service, cap ex schedule, accounting, checking account oversight for ease of transactions, property tax tracking and trends, custom KPIs and modeling. 

But I can't find a place to order the book anywhere in the website and don't see a way to connect a customer care.

This way you can see their work and most will have customer reviews on there as well especially if they have a Facebook page.
