They are a wealthy family and I don't think they were bad folks or anything but they wanted to spend a lot of money bringing it up to snuff.

but if you're only doing this to help catalyze your investment path somehow... it's probably not going to help that much.the best way to build a network is just to spend time with other investors. 

Instead of spending a few thousand to remove the tree, you should be able to pour root killer in the line once or twice a year to ensure no further build-up.

Okay, Rand Paul has spoken up, but the rest are just part of the "happy machine" to keep spending our money (while keeping a very large cut, kinda like a mafia loan shark) to give to ourselves to "make us happy".

More than 1/2 of that is HOA issues, so if you don’t have them you should be spending 15 -30 minutes a year with a bookkeeper, a few hours without.

It's for me and my kids really, but it has a history of being productive on Airbnb and isn't a huge spend vs. return.
