Your state's landlord-tenant act should spell out exactly how to serve and what it should say.

Did you explain to a lawyer what you wanted to accomplish he was able to put together a LLC and other legal documents to spell out rules, responsibilities, earnings allocations, etc?

Also, the CCR’s don’t have a dissolution section so it’s not spelled out there like I was hoping.

. #2 the man on the phone was definitely Nigerian (not a racial thing I'm African as well, Ethiopian), but the person on the picture of the email address was a white guy with a very American name (Bill Smith or something), and the Nigerian guy couldn't even pronounce the name :/ then the next email he sent had grammatical and spelling errors.
