How many days is typical before owner funds are distributed to landlords? My old PM used to be 10 days my older PM company was purchased and the new company is more like the 20th which just sounds ridiculous.

I think the 10th is the most typical, but it varies. I know some managers that wait until the following month so they can pay and publish a full month report.
