@Gustavo Delgado I've looked at stocks, bonds, REITS, limited partnerships, and syndications, and have invested in all of them.

She can set up payments to be paid on the 1st of the month and no one is driving 24/7. 

One thing I've learned from my experience is that I do not set hard rules.

If you have the money set aside I would swallow the pill now.
