@Jeremy Benezra:In addition to the other great replies, I would say starting with "All," or, on Gmail, the recent upgrade is extremely smart and will pick up on your typical sentences, once you start to type one of their names, it will often fill in the rest for you by hitting the tab key.

@David Vile"The question is, is it legal for our "A LLC" to purchase the property from the other "B LLC""Yes, however "what are the tax ramifications" is a separate and important question.If your partner owns more than 50% of both LLC A and LLC B, and the property has an unrealized loss, a sale between the partnerships can get a little tricky from a tax perspective.Regardless of the previous sentence, there may be a planning opportunity here depending on whether the property has unrealized gain or unrealized loss.

The contract with my current RE agent contains the following sentence: "Although Buyer may at any time withdraw from the fiduciary relationship existing between Buyer and Firm, the contract created by this Agreement may not be terminated by Buyer or Firm prior to its Expiration Date without legally sufficient cause."

Year and a 1/2 ago we had a problem on the place that we have been livin for 8 years the water flooding from upstairs on the condominium the owner agreed to sell to soon as the property was going to be repair by the insurance insurance it never repaired the Condominium and did the sentence after he died are not willing to fix it but my Purchase contract is active they Just want the rent but don't want to fix the unit. how can I come out winning on this situation?

For that last sentence, 18% of the gross rent is a good ballpark, but do your own research on what you are comfortable with.Also, look at what the same money will buy for a down payment on your next home and maybe a different rental property.
