The lake parks are great places for casual fishing, bird watching, kayaking, and ice skating, depending on the winter weather.

@John Hixon  or in my case success came in year 41  LOL.... what a roller coaster ride this business provides...

IMHO for the next 5+ years housing in NJ is going to be a bit of a roller coaster ride compared to other states for reasons others have already stated.

Being a brand new baby of BP I have to say I am thrilled beyond the most heart stopping roller coaster out there!  

.* Make sure you use logic not emotion for this roller coaster of a ride you are about to embark on.

I used spray foam to fill the rust holes and painted it white with a roller .  

The synthetic I rolled on and just tossed the rollers.  

I make sure there is toilet paper on the roller in every bathroom. 

They all must have cooked on the floor or used it as a skating rink, the grease was so bad. 

Roller lint on walls, paint on recepticals, painted dirt, bad spackle job painted hard, paint on fireplace stone, and this in reo homes painted by owners...remove one degree of care for tenants (not all, but you never know which).
