I would rip it out and install new forced air systems.

Part of me wants to rip the Band-Aid off and go for the professional PM now while I have a burning platform of sorts. 

It’s not a wasted wholesale or fix and flip rip off camp we are talking about here.

Stole a cob of corn from some farmer Joe, and chased down a raccoon and ripped a piece off of the damn critter!
