Looks a lot  better than you’d think and is easy and inexpensive to refresh. 

Need to find the quick way to refresh template to original slate and it won’t allow me to override and change operating expense to straight 50%.

If you did $1200/month increase the tenant likely will find a fresh unit, you will get the expense to refresh but post refresh you can get market rent with a new tenant (with the associated risks of a new tenant).  

@Burt L. we change a few sentances in our ads and that causes Zillow to refresh them and move them back towards the top.

i own a 110 yr old 6 unit edwardian building in SF ... bought it 10 years ago with everything refreshed (e.g., fully upgraded electrical, plumbing, reinforced foundation, new roof, new kitchens/bath, new paint, new everything, etc and all permits to prove the work.  

So refreshing to hear how Brandon got started, and shared same emotions and doubts we all may be having during the beginning stages of this process.

I understand why some companies keep quiet when they receive negative (and untrue) feedback, but it's quiet refreshing seeing people stand up for their idea and calling out liars! 

Home builder, community builder, refreshing dated strip malls, or like Donald Trump does--building huge high end skyscrapers.To find a business model that you are passionate about, think about two or three things that seem like they are for you, and go out and make some business friends with people who are doing that.Then when your with them, ask questions as they come to your mind.As far as the bankroll goes, your going to have to figure that one out for yourself, because as they say "If you have no dough--you have no go".Good Luck!

I think a good refresher for you ,Trey, would be to read the 10+ forums about NWA on here and how they’re unethical, and how 50+ members on BP have had terrible experiences with you guys.
