Most personal loans I have looked at have terms of 10 years or less.

I personally target Lauderdale, Limestone, Morgan, and Madison Counties.

Obviously tough to give advice based on minimal info and no info on your personal situation.

But a 4-night stay for 2 persons?

@Camille Romerounless you are able to spend some significant time in your chosen location in person, and work on building a network there, i would pick a market closer to NYC, within a couple hours.
