Where can I get free access to discounted foreclosures near Los Angeles County, Orange County, or Riverside County?

I think we are still talking about apples and oranges.

I am hoping to close on a duplex pretty soon in Orange County (within a week or so), what will be tax deductible closing costs?

I've read a few forum threads about finding absentee owner names and addresses, but I want to get a little more specific.I found a house I want to market for here in Orange County, CA.
