Am I missing something?

I have been waiting for someone on the BP forums to explain to me how a Wyoming LLC will stop a plaintiffs attorney from filing a claim against the deed holder when their client falls in front of your property because of a down tree or ice patch amongst the many other common claims a real estate owners encounter....and to this day  crickets.

It's a hit or miss with some lenders but the best capital sources I work with has an amazing rep and provides us with guidelines/resources to get deals closed.

It's how I've figured out what properties I've missed when it comes time to pay taxes (figuring out who is owed what is hard.

Maybe I am missing something but if you are referencing the fence, that will not stop water flow nor will it be part of a foundation support.
