I'm a fan of the KISS method so you could ramp up to develop a 200 unit subvision or a high rise condo hotel but the simplest next step would be to tackle your own flip or new home infill project.

Would it be more wise to tackle the student loans and then start investing or save up a little more and start investing in a multi-family unit and start paying off the student loans?

I’m a handyman by trade and will more than likely tackle my projects on my own.

That's the cycle we need to stay clear of which this bill does include despite the innocuous name.

:) I was let go a week ago and have decided to tackle REI full time as well. 

We realize the regulation in that area is just more than we really want to tackle, especially right now.

This would allow you to tackle a single project at a time and make the whole process less overwhelming.I did a live in flip in 2009 when you could receive the tax credit for purchasing a home.
