Also I know many many investors who start out in the low end stuff make it 5 to 7 years then its like they are totally burnt out dealing with low end tenants that simply just wear on you... and they will exit either sell out or whatever.Many start out with the I  will never sell .. then burn out factor hits themI also know many that will do this their entire life... they deal with it and just does not affect them.I owned 350 units at one time I was the burn out guy... never again.. .for me I just don't like dealing with tenants I would rather deal with finicky home buyers  who are buying our new construction at least when they do their home inspection as long as we fix every thing they close we cash a big check and we are done..

If you learn how to make money on your laptop, trading REIT's or the other Markets, then you don't have to do more than buy a fixer upper Home and use the Tax rules to Flip it and move the money onto the next houses within 90 days to use it Tax-free.

I personally HATE any windows based laptops/computers.

Meet with them at the coffee shop and bring your laptop. or use another service that wouldn't inconvenience you and the tenant.

We own a custom home, I have a gym with a sauna, a home office designed around my needs (not just a room with a laptop), and everything else is built to how we like it.

Actually the whole site is pretty heavy and having more than one or two pages open at once really drags my laptop down. 

Finally after pulling out my clunky laptop, my photo uploaded after like 5 minutes. 

It works fine sometimes--right now, in fact, but then the keystrokes in the reply windows start bogging down which tells me it is likely talking to your servers as I am typing, and it can slow to a crawl--so much so that I have to give up and close the browser.This happens on three different laptops.  

My lap top stays here on this desk.

Or, they could even apply at the apartment with a laptop if you have one.
