BP is eating up the CPU on chrome

This has been happening a lot lately.  As I'm typing into a Reply box the reponse gets slower and slower.  Just a momennt ago I had to kill a window.  The BP tab in Chrome was taking about 10-13% of the CPU and just not responsive.

On a side note, the site often takes 7-10 seconds to fully load on iOS.
