Of course, be honest and knock on a few more doors, you can pick up an unexpected deal.Most will just tell you to get lost.They already know they are in pre-foreclosure, you don't have to embarrass them, by being a total stranger and bringing it up.

They are great tenants and I am lucky they have not complained but honestly a bit embarrassing..

Chesky should be embarrassed to admit his company let that many scammers in. 

It's embarrassing but my first investment in Texas was successful and maybe went a little too smoothly.

They aren't embarrassed or ashamed.  

This is such an unethical deal it is awkward to read and I feel embarrassed and ashamed for the poster/"investor" who posted this.Making a return/profit on real estate is a great way to build wealth. 

If no water pipe leak, ignore what I said and never tell anyone about the embarrassing diagnosis I made by seeing only one picture and never speak of the faux pas again. ;-)
