Landlord's Personal Mail keeps being sent to Tenants.

Hey all!

Could you lend some wisdom to a fellow landlord starting off.
Starting off with my first two rental properties, both occupied with tenants. These properties at one point in the past were my personal and main residence. I lived in one for about 5 years, the other for about 1.5 years. I have logged the mail change with USPS website, updated my personal ID and DL, and all my personal bank accounts. BUT - my tenants continue to get mail addressed to my name being sent to their address. This is mainly junk mail.. but of course I have to continue to go check their mailbox or get my junk mail from my tenants. They are great tenants and I am lucky they have not complained but honestly a bit embarrassing..

My mortgage insurance information, city tax documentation for the mortgage all gets sent to these properties. Any suggestions on how I can get this to stop?

Thank you so much for your help in advance!

If it's just junk mail, there's not much you can do. Apologize to the Tenants and ask them to dispose of it.
