I just check the site when I am on my Lenovo desktop as it can handle demands very well.I think the app version needs a ton of work.

But as a practical matter using Desktop Underwriting, I think there would be issues with valuation, appraisals, etc., that would make a foreign property very difficult and/or very expensive to get through underwriting.
