If nothing else, your goal should be getting ONE piece of useful info from them4) Have a plausible reason for a call (like I've done deals and am a serious buyer)5) If you get nerves/depressed, think about the WORST thing that'll happen you call and realize usually the last calls are moost productive each day (don't ask since I don't know why)6) Ask questions AND LISTEN AND RESPOND TO THEM (my biggest issue and the problem with scripts)
