I can understand where you made some mistakes in this investment but to think that you're going to give up real estate investing by handing someone thousands of miles away several hundred thousand dollars and expect them to make money for you is a little too much rose colored glasses scenario for me.

Obviously they aren't in the lap of luxury but they are not in areas Id be afraid of after dark. 85710 and 85730 are pretty solid areas with older homes and no HOAs to deal with, unless you look in a development.  

Mix up your mail pieces between text postcards, yellow letters, zip letters, professional letters, greeting cards and full color postcards.

I was pretty shocked as obviously race or skin color had nothing to do with it.

Immediately upgraded the common areas (land scapaing, new hand rails, fresh new paint colors, refaced the storage units with wainscoting, cleaned the garage so people could park easier, etc.)3.

Texture and color matching - Your contractor can custom mix the stain or pigments to match the color of wood, natural stone, or whatever material you want.

And we're not talking pale shades here, I mean primary colors.  

-Paint all walls the same color the same quality.
