You need to be talking with a broker who has access to a bunch of lenders vs a lender who only has a couple of DSCR outlets. 

We ended up going with a broker at US Capital.

Should I shop around with a broker?

Looking for some guidance from either property management company owners/brokers or landlords that have 100+ units managed through property management software such as Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware, etc.. 

I was contacted by Steven Klaus supposed to be a broker of Skyrocking Capital Solution and he approved loan for  multifamily purchase with 100% financing @6% and requested to send Origination Fee of 2% before the disbursement.

And wholesaling is all about catering to INVESTORS, not REA or Brokers who will get most commission out of the transaction. 

Her style and financial approach as a PM and broker/investor was a great fit for both of us.

I do all of the work except for contract review by broker and they pay for the pm software and overhead of having a physical location for the brokerage (although rents collected and owner payments are all done online).

You really need a DSCR broker rather than a lender.
