I signed my closing docs Thursday and instructed the mobile notary to pick up flowers and take them to her hospital room when she is supposed to sign Friday(next day) BAD NEWS!

I slid a small plastic flower pot over them, but I ended up taking it off because I didn't know if plastic over them can worsen a fire risk, even though the wires are coated in plastic themselves?

So when the sky is blue and flowers are blooming it's $10400.

I am wondering if I should reduce the front porch size and remove the flower bed to increase parking in front and possibly the right side.  

Essentially, I am looking to buy immediate cash flow Eric, this is where I find myself.

@Dave Martel - I would send flowers and attend the funeral as well as the repast.

Use invitation type envelopes (a little more expensive but worth it) and birthday stamps or flowers or animals etc, or some type of occasion stamp.

One of them occupies a floor in an office building and they take it upon themselves to add flowers and potted plants all around the building and maintain them.
