I have not heard of that particular boot camp, but I have spent my fair share of money for boot camps, seminars, home DVD courses, and books.

I told the owner broker until I can see those two units we can't move forward anyways.It has a camp feel to it.

Technically, I would create a master lease agreement to protect my interest, while I will encourage my tenants to create their own agreement, regarding cleaning, noise, overnight guests, utility sharing, etc.

If the bank calls the loan due, you have a set period of time they give you to pay it (it's not due overnight).
