I don't have the time it takes to mentor right now becasue i am developing software too but i think i can give you some good advice.

Are there any ways that you keep track of properties or softwares that help you do this.

Find someone who can target a topic and write something original.We write our own software and have a very strong tech team, so we come across scams not only on SEO, but on development and site building in general. 

I attended a class in which I was going to invest $25,000.00 (I know very, very, very silly) to learn all about the ins and outs of REI and was given a software by mistake that can generate all Cash Buyers, Pre-foreclosures and Foreclosures in ALL AREAS/STATES!!! 

In the end it was a $1000 sell for the software.

I love my day job as a software engineer but want to have multiple revenue streams and rental properties look like a good opportunity for steady cashflow and long term wealth.

We have a need to organize investors for specific deals into one software.

If so, what software do you use? 

I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!
