I've gotten good feedback from them, but I'm wondering what websites you, as a Canadian investor, monitor to find deals.

I suppose if I had 30+ units, but then I'd have the infrastructure to delegate that task.

All of my best deals have all been introduced to me by agents/brokers and the occasional wholesaler.Also, I constantly monitor the MLS and setup alerts in different areas I am farming and make aggressive offers quickly and methodically.

Somehow, none of the necessary infrastructure was completed to  make either of those work ( you need high speed transportation to LAX and/or downtown LA). 

(good infrastructure, multiple job sources, good schools, etc.)

I am having the exact same frustrations as @Jerry PuckettOne of my keywords has high volume which I like to monitor in my email to know what people are talking about, but rarely click.I am getting the same message that I haven't used it in a while.  

you could just owner finance the land and not worry about the cost if buying, transporting, and being responsible for utilities and infrastructure.

I'll keep monitoring the indicators and let the market tells me when to get back in.
