The Bristol Motor Speedway is a big draw and a new Hard Rock Casino is being built in Bristol, not to mention strong growth in East Tennessee. 

I've lived in South Lake Tahoe for the past 3 years and love the outdoors, but it is a little small for me and casino centric.

The new builds northeast of aliante casino where I bought have a $20k assessment from the city on a 30 year amortization at 8% interest, that’s not shown in the price.

That's right, I'm a Star Wars freak and can boast I have seen each and every movie in the theater at the time of it's release.

And Casinos aren't built on winners. 

#American Airlines Center #3, potential for Las Vegas Sands Casino somewhere near by, #4 Dallas Convention Center  #5 Dallas Trade Centers can't think of many other places in the country that have that many demand drivers.Weatherford.....growth moving that way.

What is pulling people there rather than Latham or Schenectady (now that it'll have the casino)?
