.- Talk to mail carriers - they know the streets - Don't just drive around.

Hi all - time for me to upgrade my phone and my carrier (verizon wireless) won't be shipping any Samsung G4's (my preference) until the end of the month.

So much so where, like you've experienced, carriers are massively increasing rates, limiting coverage available, or pulling out of the state completely.If you're still needing assistance, I may have a resource for you. 

The hope would be for the other party's insurance carrier to pay the claim.

I suggest using and independent insurance brokerage that can access many different carriers.

They are a broker and deal with all of the major commercial carriers in the space so they'll be able to get you the best deal for your property.Selling the homes vs renting them is your preference.

We were notified that CBIZ was not renewing its policy with its STR insurance carrier (western world).

Some carriers like this more than others and there are specialty programs/carriers for this sort of scenario.
