Florida Small Park Purchase - Advise Needed

Jc Cosgrave
Posted

Hello,

Closed 2 months ago on a small park in Florida with 5 mobile home units. They are all separate parcels, from the county view it is not a park but from the health Department view it is a park because all the lots are connected.

It is almost 5 acres combined & each home has it's own well/septic.

We can not get commercial insurance (other than liability insurance) on this park and are concerned about it.

All of the research we have done so far suggests we sell the home and rent the lot. All 5 units are currently rented.

Any feedback on this topic would be much appreciated!

Thank you!
