It hides imperfections the best, plus if you need to touch up areas you can do it with flat it tends to blend into existing paint without having to repaint entire walls or rooms.

I think they're incorrect.What's happened in florida is unparalleled. crazy depreciaton. if you have enough in reserves, go for it. you'll be a happy camper in 5 to 10 years.
