Thanks all What is your blended rate with the HELOC?

I've listened to a good number of the podcasts and there have been some interesting systems that folks have put together by blending different platforms and strategies to help streamline their businesses.  

I'm looking for a blended return with all my investments of around of around 20%.

pre-owned corian which has a seam at the sink we were never able to blend-experiment but now that floor and decor has granite slabs so cheap I won't buy used corian (color was not the best off white I discovered after purchase too :-( )  Bath 30" vanity got pulled out to add a pony wall?

And here we are.. perfect blend of yield and safety.   

Look for the blend rate over a 12 month span.

Now with annual rent bumps the BLENDED CAP RATE will be higher over the next 10 years.

It hides imperfections the best, plus if you need to touch up areas you can do it with flat it tends to blend into existing paint without having to repaint entire walls or rooms.

If there is not enough money left over to make everything nice then try to blend in items to make neutral and less noticeable.

I think they're incorrect.What's happened in florida is unparalleled. crazy depreciaton. if you have enough in reserves, go for it. you'll be a happy camper in 5 to 10 years.
