They are rock stars when it comes to direct mail and are more than willing to help out out with questions and also provide tips and tools to help out the response rates, and they have great prices as well!

There are many investor friendly agents here on BP and if you come to the local REI meeting as @Shawn M. suggests, at least at the MAREI meeting we have a room full of investors, wholesalers, realtors, lenders, attorneys title people - check out our event posted on the BP calendar - our next event is our 4th Annual All-Star Networking to benefit Harvesters.

If you go to some of the REIA's ask to be introduced to some of the wholesalers in our area so they can star sending you properties!

My plan it to start off "really" safe with rentals, then learn the ropes and star "flipping" I will be purchasing my first home in the next 60-90 days .

@Stephen S.HomeDepot.com has an Amana dishwasher (made by Whirlpool) for $299 and it is Energy Star qualified.

Lauderdale then take commercial to my markets.its a little more than uber of course depending on how much you can utilize it.. cost is maybe double that of a first class ticket which I would gladly pay to just walk on the plane 10 minutes before departure and no security check.check out the app.. its big from LA to the EAst as well LOTS of B stars and other business folks us it.there is another one brewing that will be only 250.00 to join  ( jet smarter is 15k a year plus flight time if the leg is not free).. not sure what the legs will cost on this new one.but its getting closer. .the days of me chartering a jet for 5 to 6k an hour are coming to an end.. and of course I never did it for myself I paid for investor to come visit me.. talk about up front due diligence fees..
