What inexpensive/free scalable software's do you guys use to mock up very basic and preliminary site plans to run through the city in the early stages of entitlement?

If #1 is a possible thing to try, any suggestions on how a strategy like this would be scalable?

Series has unlimited scalability, and creating new series does not require any additional filings or fees with the state. 

If you have one that is taking clients and has affordable rates I would be interested in their contact info or company name as well.Currently looking for a solution that is scalable.

I have no idea why landlords would rent you their place so you can Airbnb it when they could hire a company and do the same thing, but I don't think your setup is scalable and the partnership could go sour and then what?

Hey buddy I live in Nova Scotia Canada and I am virtually wholesaling in NC, I have studied Jamil Damji's book "How to Wholesale Real Estate: The No-Cash Strategy to Build a Scalable Business" there is a section specifically where he advises agent outreach, I have followed this by contacting 10 agents a day everyday to build a CRM of agents that send me deals, both on market and off market, it has taken some time but I have decent deal flow now and they have a vested interest when they send a deal and are for the most part willing to go see the property for you, take pics, get infrastructure info etc. just make sure if you are using agents that on the state purchase and sale agreements permits you to assign the contract otherwise you will need to include an addendum in the contract to allow you to do so.

However, a big consideration is scalability.
